Yes! Our clinician Brianna sees ages 5 and up for individual and family therapy.

We currently offer both. Please note that in-person days fill up quickly so virtual might be a quicker option if you’re looking to get in sooner.

We put that decision within your control. We recommend weekly for the first four sessions at minimum. However, we know that schedules can be tight and we do offer every other week availability. We cannot accommodate monthly sessions until a strong rapport has been built and you’re making progress towards the goals you want.
-
We ask that all sessions be canceled or re-scheduled within 24 hours of your upcoming appointment.
If there is a cancellation or re-schedule within those 24 hours, we do charge for the session, $140.
If you happen to no-show, we charge the full fee for the session.

We currently do not accept insurance. However, you’re more than welcome to use your HSA/FSA card, or request superbills that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
There are many reasons we do not accept insurance that is beneficial for clients in therapy.
There are no restrictions to therapeutic approaches
Guaranteed continuity of care, as insurance can stop paying for services at anytime, leaving you on indefinite pause with therapy.
You receive increased privacy as we do not have to share notes or treatment plans.
No diagnosis is required.
You can choose your best fit, rather than the best fit within your insurance coverage.
